Meet Our Therapist
Shayna Redding, LMHC-QS, LPC-S, is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Colorado, with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. A former clinical director at a youth-serving nonprofit, she works with children, teens, adults, and families, and is a qualified supervisor for counselors in both states.

Shayna uses an eclectic approach that draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems. Her style is direct but compassionate, and she tailors each session to the unique needs of every client so they can reach their goals and live their best lives.
