With 14 years in the mental health field and experience as a former clinical director, Shayna offers supervision that is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you grow into a confident, ethical clinician.
What Supervision Includes
Supervision sessions take place by secure video and are built around your caseload and your goals. Together we’ll work on case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethical decision-making, and building skills in evidence-based approaches like CBT, trauma-focused CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT. You’ll also get practical tools, including case consultation resources and treatment-planning exercises developed for supervisees.
